Well now, I don't know about "throughly" enjoying teaching but there are many things I do love about it. It's just my schedule wears me out and I have 2 schools. Run, run, run and rush, rush, rush. I have had several years in a row that I've lost my classroom and that was just plain awful. But hey, life's not perfect right? My self esteem is much better this year , compared to the last 5, because I have classrooms in both schools.
4th grade is singing, We are Tennessee's children, Chattanooga choo choo, (my personal fav) Tennesse, 1,2,3.
All Shook Up! and Hound Dog! (Elivs .....of course):D
Closing with Rocky Top.
5th grade is singing, Life ain't what it used to be, Do what's right with what's left, Recycle Rap, The Water Cycle , Make this world a better place and Lean on Me.
I think that's everything..........whew!
We're going to be slammin' jammin' learning the music. The achievement tests are in 2 weeks and I'll have to miss some 4th grade classes......ouch. It should be a pretty good show. I always try to make it fun...for them and for me. I usually have some pretty good giggles during the concert.
I know your kids were thrilled that you came to every concert they had Pedal......it means the world to them.
Would you believe that I have some students that won't come at all? Or parents that won't get off their butt to take them? Yeah..........real nice.
You are a great parent! And I also have some great parents......but.....
Ah well, what are ya gonna do?
Great chatting!
