Bulowl, Thanks for that. Honestly I haven't used the book. Those exercises look rather forbidding. I have done a lot of experimenting since starting back. Lately, I have found that free buzzing seems to be helping. I decided to do whatever it takes, even if it means the dreaded pencil exercise which I hate. Except it seems to work better with a straw because you can breathe through it while holding it. Most;y I just play every chance I get and try to pay attention to what's happening. I guess I never realized the first time around how many things you have to pay attention to.
