Speaking of other unique "method" books you have, don't you have some Bud Brisbois workout routine? The calisthenics one...

Oh yeah, the 5BX plan. It's the exercise program developed by the Royal Canadian Air Force in the 50's. Brisbois was a big believer in it. On Kevin Seeley's Brisbois page there is a transcript of a clinic that Bud gave, and he mentions how at that point he had been doing the routine for 10 years.

Takes 11 minutes a day, no equipment required, and everything can be done in place. Starts easily and gradually gets harder. The last set of exercises only "champion athletes" can do, according to the book.

I actually spent almost as much time using that book as I did on the Claude Gordon one. But even though it is a good routine, at only 11 minutes a day, it's doing nothing for your heart. Ten years ago there was no history of heart attacks in my family but... things change. Nowadays a good cardio workout seems much more important.
