Hey Ron NoChops, good for you!!

We had a weight-loss thread here a while back. I wonder what ever happened to it? SA was on here bragging about his 225 pounds of solid muscle and how he could out-strangle a python. (Kidding, S! ) But seriously...

I went from a somewhat tubby 183 to a svelt 177 in just 4 easy weeks. Here's how...

Stopped eating steak, pasta, and other stuff, after 9 pm.
Drinking less alcohol.

That's about it. It's all about caloric intake and usage.

I'm a big sugar/sweets fan, but somehow it's easy for me to ignor them. For example, I love pie, ice cream, chocolate, and soft drinks, but I often go weeks without them. I had a bottle of Orange Crush the other day; the first soft drink/soda pop in probably 2 weeks.

The key is to identify what you take in and when and how often, and then reduce the things and behaviors that make you fat. You don't have to stop, you just have to reduce.

Like I said, it's all about caloric intake versus burning off that intake versus storing it as fat.

By just cutting back a little, and not loading up before bedtime, you'll see significant results.
