Thanks for the encouragement. I don't eat much food late at night but I have a years long habit of eating all day. And where I work there's always something good sitting on the table in the lunch area and I find it difficult to not have some of whatever's there. The other problem is that after driving an hour to get home, I'm often content to stay home and not go to the YMCA to work out. That results in going only about once a week. Another problem is that I usually eat out for lunch - fast food.

What I hope to do is to NOT eat food (desserts) just because it's at work, TAKE my own lunch to work, and GO to the YMCA several times a week or at least (like last night) go for a 45 (+) minute walk with my wife in the neighborhood. If I'm consistent with those things, I'm sure I'll accomplish my goal.
