The problem with most diets is that there is a beginning to the diet and then an end to the diet. I would probably say more than 90% of people who diet gain most of their weight back because they go back to their old eating habits. If you really want to keep the weight off for good you must call it a lifestyle change. You must change your eating habits forever whch is a very hard thing to do. Speaking of diets how is Scooter doing these days? I would be very interested to find out how much of the lbs he has kept off.
