NC -- thanks for starting a thread like this back up. Keep up the work man!!

I quit smoking a year ago and gained a few pounds.

On April 1st I weighed in at 241 pounds. 4 weeks into my efforts I weighed in last night at 228 pounds. My goal is 195.

I've got a support group at church. About 50 of us signed up to weigh in each Wednesday night. Something about accountability makes the effort seem so much more worth it.

I've been married 14 years, and have known my wife for 18. She's never seen me below 205. She will this fall/winter.
