That's why I don't diet.

My doctor told me I have a very high metabolism, and that I need more fats and salt. Ice cream when feeling low-sugar jittery. So I have ice cream with my potato chips. It seems to be helping.

Still can't get below 176, though.

Maybe I should have some root beer.
