That's the first step toward recovery: recognizing that you have a problem.

You like sweets? Eat 'em! As a first step toward being more physically fit, though, don't eat them late in the evening. Eat them when you'll have time to burn off the calories.

Have a craving at 9 pm? Go outside, take a walk, think about trimming the grass. Don't actually trim the grass, just think about it. Do NOT, under any circumstances, watch American Idol. Idol time is calorie intake time.

Ok, gotta go swim some laps.
