There's also a group of people called the Caloric Restricted Society or something like that, who intentionally eat less than enough to make them feel full.

Jim's plan sounds sound. A great compromise between diet and exercise, eating frequently and staying full. Enjoying the things that he likes.
And the numbers are showing him correct.

But still dude, how do you eat this:
10:15am -- Spicy Greek Salad (1 head lettuce, 1 cup pepperoncini, 1/4c diced pickled habaneros, 1/4 cup feta cheese, rosemary, olive oil), Coffee
at 10:15 in the AM!
