Update...

Now at 222 pounds at the official '2 months in' point. That's down 19 pounds from 241 pounds -- 7.9%

The goal is still 195 pounds by early next spring -- which will be a 19% drop.

The recent setback... I was walking and just starting to run a little... and I broke my pinkie-toe (not exercising... I was walking around barefoot moving a garden sprinkler and tripped on the curb of my driveway). So... walking much is out for a little while.
