Congratulations on your tenacity and on your success! I went from 224 to 220 and am having a difficult time going below 220. I'm still eating too much and am not moving enough. Old habits! But everyday is a new chance to try again, right? In a few minutes my wife and I will be on our way to the gym. I still hope to get to the 204 or 200 mark. At my age (52) excess weight is not kind to one's health and I don't want to deal with diabetes, strokes or a heart attack. I appreciate your posts as well as input from others. Gotta keep trying!
