Yikes.

Since Doc brought up 'ideal weight' I made a terrible mistake and looked it up on Wiki. According to their chart... the very upper end of the 'normal' range for someone about 6 feet tall is 180 pounds.

...so...even after I reach my goal I will still be 15 pounds overweight?

Talk to me Doc. Are the health benefits that great for me to work to get that skinny?
