Well, it's time for you all to bear with another weight loss update from me...

On 04/01/09 I weighed 241 pounds.

On 06/17/09 I weighed 219 pounds.

That's 22 pounds in 11 weeks. 2 pounds per week, I think, is a very healthy loss rate.

That's 9.1% off my starting weight.

I've curtailed my running as I've been doing a lot of manual labor lately. I'm stretching every day, light calesthenics twice a week and walking ~2 miles twice a week -- -- plus hanging sheetrock, clearing land, pulling wire... lots of side jobs for the Church lately.

What's on the menu these days? Well, since you asked... yesterday...

6:30am -- 3/4 cup organic granola with 1/2 cup organic yogurt, touch of local honey. Coffee. Ice water.
9:30am -- 1 oz cheddar cheese, banana, nectarine, Ice water.
11:15am -- Spicy Western Salad (1/2 head iceburg lettuce, 1 can Hot Rotel Tomatoes, 1 cup shredded Colby cheese, 2 diced pickled Habaneros. Ice Water.
1:00pm -- 1 -1/2 Cups cooked Turnip Greens, 1 slice bacon (in greens), 1/3 pound chopped Buffalo steak, Ice Tea.
4:00pm -- Apple, Ice Water.
6:30pm -- Two Soft Tacos, (Note sure on amounts, on 8" flour tortilla... ground beef, shredded cheese, dollop sour cream, lettuce, tomato, avocado, hot sauce). 1 serving Doritos. Ice Water.
8:30pm -- One bag of 94% fat free microwave popcorn (not the 'individual' bag... the big one)

My goal is still 195 pounds by the end of the year. It is looking very do-able without acting crazy.

Where'd everyone else go that were going to get on the band wagon?? Come on! Let's hold each other accountable and be less fat...
