When I started this thread I was 224 and today I'm 215. It took awhile to do that because it's been hard to change old habits. But I've been gradually eating smaller portions and am trying to be more active. 2 nights ago I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and last night my wife and I went for a an hour long walk. My goal is still 200 - 205. I'm real impressed with IAmBrassman's progress. Outstanding.
