As of 7/22... 210 Pounds!! That's 31 total pounds, or 12.9% weight lost.

Can easily walk 5-6 miles now, can't quite run 1 mile -- still hurts my knees, I'm still pretty heavy.

Goals as set on April 1st:

195 Pounds by 'the holidays'. At my current pace, if I don't get too stuck, I'll be 195 by October 1st for sure.

Participate in a 5K run by Memorial Day. Looks do-able. For hitting the 210 mark I'm rewarding myself with a new pair of shoes.

[My wife is trying to talk me into 'going for it' and trying the 1/2 Marathon next spring... I told her we can target doing that together in 2011...]
