Weekly update....

As of 08/05: 207 Pounds!! That's 34 pounds, or 14.1%, lost.

34 pounds in 18 weeks = 1.9 pounds per week. That's pretty healthy.

I've worked my way up to 200 reps for abs four mornings a week, and 70 push-ups four mornings a week (...not 70 straight... I'm not in that good of shape yet... I do 15, 15, 10, 10, 5, 5, 5, 5 --- with different ab work and stretching and stuff in between --- takes about 20 minutes)

12 pounds left to my goal. image
