RON -- That's awesome! Keep up the work... but I'm still ahead of you

Weekly update... 203 pounds! That's starting at 241 == 38 pounds, 15.7%, lost since April 1st!!

Made better progress this week -- got my new running shoes and upped my walking, mixed in a little more running, still doing regular calesthenics.

My original goal was 195 -- but I might choose to go past that once I hit it. I'll wait and see what I look and feel like at that weight before I decide.
