Jim -- DUDE -- You SHOULD feel great! Any pound in the right direction is a great thing -- and you are off to a fantastic start! 2 pounds a week is a great pace -- not so fast that you'll feel run down, but fast enough that you can see real progress taking place. Besides... think of this... if you do 2 pounds a week, you'll be over 100 pounds down by this time next year -- -- how GREAT will that feel? I know you can do it -- keep it up!!!

Ron -- Thanks for the kind words. I'm a little scared of the winter-time... outdoors and active helps me a lot -- indoors... my balance gets out of whack, too. I hear ya on the life balance... practice? work? kids? mow lawn? make wife happy? Why is it that being spread thin ends up making me get thicker?
