Hey Cincy, that's excellent! Keep at it buddy!

I don't know your motivations for why you used to image overeat, but one thing that might be useful in leaving it in the scrapyard of history is to get your mind focussed in a new direction by changing your thinking. So often, people go through the daily drill of working at resisting the urge to do whatever it is they used to do, whether overeating, snacking, drug or alcohol abuse, etc. I really think that one of the keys is to just keep telling yourself "I don't do that any more". It takes some effort for a while, but before you know it, it becomes who you are. "I don't do that any more" helps to define who you are now, versus who you used to be.

It also helps to regularly remind yourself of how much better things are now, and will be, than they were before: happier, better sleep, saving money, getting more things done, etc.

Just thought I'd throw that into the mix. image
