My update isn't very exciting: Still stuck at 199 pounds.

My goal is still to get to 195 pounds and re-asses myself based on measurements and a physical. I'm guessing that I'll be revising my target weight down to 188 or 190 pounds in order to have the waist-to-chest and waist-to-hip ratio that indicates good conditioning.

I'm currently at 35 inches at my true waist and 47 at my chest -- a "12 inch drop" chest to waist. I'm targeting a drop exceeding 13 inches. I'm also still able to measure the 'biggest part of my belly' at 36 1/2 inches, and I'm wanting that to be less than 1 inch bigger than my waist... so... based on what I've learned about my mid-life physique in the last 6 months... if I go to 188 pounds I should be at a 33 inch waist, no more than 34 1/2 inches at my widest spot on my belly, with a 46 inch chest. That should put me in a 46-athletic jacket and 34 slacks for the first time since I was 16 years old.

Anyone know someone who needs some size 48 and 50 sport-coats?
