Hey Jim, no worries!

Your weight isn't the issue, it's your body fat percentage. Our buddy Serafin knows all about that. If you're buff, big built and muscular, 190 - 200 is a fine place to be for a regular guy. If you're fat and fat, it ain't.

Personally, I'd like to transform about 10 of my pounds from fat and largess into muscle that I can use when needed.
