Okay -- I'll contribute. One the menu for today....

Breakfast: 2 servings oatmeal, 1/2 cup 1% milk, coffee
Snack: 1/2 cup active culture yogurt, banana, coffee
Snack: 1 quart mixed salad (lettuce, tomato, jalapeno slices, raw cauliflower), 1 Tbs Olive Oil
Lunch: 1 slice pizza, jolokia pepper sauce (hoooootttt stuff...), green tea
Snack: 1 Pear
Dinner: 3 Cups (cooked) whole wheat Angel Hair Pasta, 2 Tbs home-made Pesto Sauce, steamed brocolli, steamed cauliflower, raw carrots, 1 Tomato, 1-2 ounces provalone cheese
Snack: Cherry Jell-o with 2 Tbs whipped cream (huge bowl)
Snack: 94% Fat Free popcorn (whole bag), Bourbon
