OK, here goes:
Breakfast: cereal and milk, banana bread and butter
Lunch: 1 chicken taco, 1 chicken enchilada, small portions of rice and beans, 20 chips
Snack: 1 apple
Dinner: 3 pieces of pizza (my wife and I are both sick and this was an easy way to feed the family)
This was probably not the healthiest way to go but in publicly listing what I ate, I avoided eating 1-2
doughnuts at church or some of my child's Halloween candy or any number of other things.
What kind of cereal and how much? I go with Raison Bran or Cherrios.
What kind of milk? Kroger has milk with an orange cap; I don't know the name but it is low fat but not watery.
A small banana?
How much and what kind of butter? I forget the name of the stuff I use but you're supposed to only have a tspn of regular butter.
20 greasy potato chips?
How big is the apple?
3 pieces of pizza? Aside from cheese, what was on it?
You did great by not touching the donuts or halloween candy.
