OK - I'll dive in. Since July 20th, I've lost 81 lbs - but then again, I'm the size of a building and have a long way to go. I am under a Dr.'s and Nutritionist care. Nothing too special - just counting calories. I do record them on "Livestrong.com" - on their "daily plate" - it's very good - I recommend it.

I needed to do something - but I didn't want to do surgery - because that wouldn't address my issues. I have not eaten Fast Food or Candy in 15 weeks. I'm 48 and have too much to live for - besides, there are a lot of cougars out there and you need to be in shape for that type of hunting...
