Here's what I ate today:

Breakfast: cereal and milk, one banana, one non-fat yogurt
Snack: 2 cookies
Lunch: ham sandwich and 1 bowl of split pea soup
Snack: small ice cream bar
Dinner: meat loaf, small portions of mashed potatoes, stuffing, broccoli, 2 slices of carrot bread, tossed green salad w/o dressing
Snack: m&m's (daughter's Halloween stash)

I'm taking antibiotics and am starting to feel better from a sinus infection so I hope to eat less comfort food tomorrow.
