No Chops - just off the top of my head your food added up to over 2200 calories for the day - and that's being very generous - well, extremely generous I think.

3500 cals equals a pound. Google a website to find out how many calories you need to eat to sustain your weight - then cut from there. If it takes 3000 cals to sustain your current weight - going at 2000 cals is 1000 less a day - about 3.5 day to lose a pound.

And if you do a little planning - 2000 cals can go a LONG way!
