Lunch: leftovers from last night's dinner - meatloaf (not a whole one!), brocolli, 1 slice of carrot bread, 1 roll, small portion of mashed potatoes
Dinner: chicken (not a whole one), 1 ear of corn, baked beans, tossed salad w/o dressing
Bad stuff: 5 pieces of Halloween candy, 1 ice cream bar
