It's great that you guys have changed your eating habits and are enjoying the benefits.

NoChops, buck up, my friend. You can get off the plateau. As I've said before, think about how and why you got into this situation. Address those issues. Then lose another 5 pounds in the next 8 weeks.

Be aware that your body "type" will more or less dictate a healthy weight versus an unhealthy weight. 170 might be great, or 200 might be great. Short with a big frame is a whole different thing that tall with a big frame. Know what I'm sayin'?

Thanksgiving. Get mentally ready! We all eat like it's going out of style. Let me just say: Eat yummy stuff til you're full! Just keep down the calories, and don't eat/drink a lot in the evening. Plan your Thanksgiving dinner for no later than (NLT) 5 pm. A couple of other recommendations off the top of my head: Light salad dressing, light sour cream, easy on the sweet potatoes, slice the pie into somewhat smaller portions, easy on the ice cream (but do NOT, under any circumstances, buy low-cal ice cream!).

Avoid the silly notion that you can eat light for a few days ahead, and then pig out on Thanksgiving Day and for the rest of the weekend. That just doesn't work.
