Rassafrassin so-and-so.... You just had to call us out, didn't you Jimbo??

Well... since the week before Thanksgiving I had G A I N E D 8 pounds.... ugh... but I've already lost 2 of them again, so I'm right at 200 pounds -- putting me at 41 pounds lower than last Easter, and 61 down from when I started.

I've revised my end goal to 185 pounds, so I've set a goal of losing these 15 pounds by Friday, 03/12/09.

JIM IN CINCY IS THE MAN!!! (I retract the rassafrassin comment.... ) Losing anything over the holidays is awesome -- I would have been happy if I had only gained a couple -- but losing 5.5? You rock.

Now.... you said.... ...feeling anxious or scared or some emotion I can't identify. Ditto here. I'm not on any medication and never have been -- but when I had lost 20% of my bodyweight and kept it off a couple of months I starting having what at the time felt like panic attacks, I got emotional very easily, and got disoriented in public a couple of times -- -- and 'disoriented' isn't quite the right word, but describing the feeling is tough. My doctor was pretty dismissive of it stating that 20% of me that was there for 20 years is now gone -- that can play games with your senses. She said she saw it all the time when she worked in Bariatric medicine. Hopefully yours is nothing more serious than that (definitely have a qualified person check you out...), but even if you're experiencing the same thing I did, it won't be any fun. It has taken another couple of months -- and going off diet for a couple of weeks -- for the sensation to subside.
