I'm still at 215. We were eating fast food for about 8- 9 days while some work was being done on our house that
precluded using the kitchen. Tomorrow begins January and I want to lose 10 lbs. No deadline. I just want to lose
10. I got back on the treadmill yesterday (just under 40 minutes) and will do it again today. Our local YMCA is
closed for the holidays but will re-open on January 4th. I hope to go swimming everyday for a week before returning
to work. So that's my plan. Oh - and eating healthier. I had an apple (edit: for a snack) this morning instead of some
chocolate pudding I could have had.
