Could it be depersonalization?

During the years I suffered panic attacks often I felt like I was watching a movie, seeing things around me as if they weren't real, and always examining what I was thinking; how I was feeling, trying so hard to identify WHAT I was feeling. Life then was a living nightmare and the only relief I had was when I went to sleep.

This trip down memory lane is not helping.
