As NoChops1 points out, positive thinking and exercise can also help in the treatment of depression and related conditions. And yes, IAmBrassman, New England is in for a doozy of a snowstorm. It's snowing even as I write these words (12:30 a.m. EST on Saturday, 1/2/2010),
and the snow is supposed to continue for the next two days. Central Massachusetts is supposed to get only 6 to 8 inches; Vermont, New Hampshire, and especially Maine are supposed to get the brunt of the storm, with Maine scheduled for two feet or so of the white stuff. Interestingly, my own experience with panic attacks began with a fear of driving in the snow.
