I've dropped about ten pounds since the first of the year and it has been pretty easy so far. I'd like to shed about another 15lbs. Omg if feels so much better to be lighter, my back feels better and I have a lot more energy. I don't believe in diets because with a diet there is a beginning and an end. I call it a lifestyle change, take in fewer calories and exercise more, that is all there is to it. The only thing I've done is quit drinking beer or only drink on the weekends and watch my carb intake.
