That's what I meant by 'angle push-ups' -- I do them on the edge of a chair, but with my torso farther forward than seems comfortable, putting more of the stress on my lower chest.

I did a total of 90 pushups this morning -- 30 wide, 30 narrow-military, 30 hands very low (no chairs today), 240 side twists, 120 standard crunches, 40 body-weight-only squats.
