Been stressed lately?  We often revert back to our vices and bad behaviors when things are not going as well as we'd like. 

True, I'm 5lbs lighter than I was.  I'm glad for that but I had hoped for more, and a coworker started dieting and he's lost 5lbs a week for the past 4 weeks.

Yes, it was a very large pot of chili.  There is still some in a microwave bowl.  Turns out my wife and step-son aren't eating it.  My nutritionist did some math and showed me I could have lost another 5lbs if I had eaten smaller portions.  I do love that chili though.

I've been very busy at work.  I achieved some impressive goals but it left little time for taking care of myself.  My boss and his boss are happy.  I'm hoping to ca$h in on my success later this month.  Meeting with my nutritionist and coming here helps me refocus on what is best for me and my health.  Thanks for the advice.
