I'm still on the bandwagon... and Mongo is still my hero... -- still rather stuck. Low 190's any given day... meaning down 50 pounds in the last year, 70+ overall. Inches continue to melt away -- 34 waists slacks very comfy now.

My focus of late has been to get more in shape, not worrying too much about the scale (I'm so close to a healthy BMI now that I'm not concerned if it takes another 6 months to get there... also... not to be confused with a good healthy BM....)

I ran 1 mile, walked 2 more this morning. Did 150 side twists, 100 crunches, 50 push-ups...

My menu yesterday:
6:30am -- 2 servings Irish Oatmeal, Coffee
9:30am -- 2 quarts mixed green salad (iceburg, romaine, spinach), black olives, 3 roma tomatos, 1 tsp olive oil, 2 Tbs hot pepper juice, Coffee
12:00 Noon -- 1 Tilapia fillet, 2 cups steamed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots), Ice Tea
3:00pm -- 3 slices cheese, 20 almonds, Ice Tea
5:30pm -- quart iceburg lettuce with 1/2 cup mozzerella cheese, 2 Tbs Ranch dressing (full octane, not light... don't like light ranch...), Miniature Meatloafs (normal meatloaf, made in mini-muffin tins) x 3 servings, 1 potato & 2 cups carrots (steamed), Ice Tea
8:00pm -- 2oz Gouda cheese, 2 glasses wine
10:00pm -- a few bourbons...
