Thanks for the kind works - but I have SO far to go yet. Just feels good.

My PT had me do what I can only call - "power cardio" - I was lifting weights and cardio - man I was solid in the aerobic area for 30 minutes. It was great. I'm enjoying the work outs more and more.

As far as food goes - I'm a big believer in Calories in vs Calories out - it's strictly a numbers game... But what in the hell do I know - I used to eat 4,470 cals of fast food in one day... before 5 pm....
