I haven't had any fast food in over a year with only two exceptions: If I get caught out in public and am so hungry I'm going to eat my own arm... I'll buy one of two things... 1) to just let me survive until I get home, a Sonic Grilled Chicken Wrap with no dressing, 240 calories, less than 7 grams of fat... or 2) if I'm going to go ahead and eat something that will actually fill me up I go to Subway and get two foot-long Veggie Delights on the 7-Grain bread, triple jalapenos, no cheese, oil & vinegar.

...and.... my wife won't tell me how much she has lost (though she's looking really hot), I do know where she is on her exercise program. She's been walking with a weighted backpack. She logs at least 10-12 miles a week -- and Saturday morning she did 3.3 miles with a 17-pound pack.
