You're doin' great!  Keep it up!  I've been doing poorly in the area of weight loss in recent months, mainly because I gained some weight and didn't do anything but maintain the extra weight.  Yesterday I was at 220.  I still want to be close to 200 so I decided to make a real effort again.  I ate a normal amount yesterday and went swimming for an hour.  Today I took the dog for a walk for almost an hour and I'll be careful what I eat.   Tomorrow night I plan to go to the YMCA, etc.  In about 2 weeks I hope to buy some clothes so I'm aiming to have a slightly smaller waisteline by then.  But the most important thing is that mentally I'm back in the game and feel that I can work toward my goal again.  I admire how you are sticking with this.  That's great.
