I just wanted to let you guys know I'm still watching your progress, even if I've made little myself. (I've been a lurking supporter on this thread....)

I can now run 1-2 miles then walk 3 to 4 more without being too out-of-sorts. 25 push-ups at one sitting, or 150-200 by doing them on-and-off over 10 minutes.

192 pounds - so only 2 pounds lost since November -- but that is 49 since this time last year with only 7 to go to meet a 'healthy' BMI.

Ron - Jim - Mongo - ECDave -- -- you guys (and the ones I didn't name, too....) UBER ROCK!! Keep up the hard work - even if your stalled now, you're better than when you started!!!
