I want updates from all you vanishing men. How's the progress?

My progress? Same weight, getting stronger and fitter by the day. 192 pounds and doing well. Last night I worked in the community garden our church is hosting for about an hour, shoveling 3 tons of fertilizer. Then I helped teach a community skills class, showing proper technique for hanging sheetrock and doing tape/bed work in our church's job development program for an hour and a half. Then I, foolishly, agreed to go work out with a couple of firemen I go to church with. I can now bench 245 for 6 reps... but with that combo of activities last night I can barely scratch my ear today... I am one sore dude... I haven't been doing weights very much, preferring to do body-weight calesthenics and do volunteer labor projects to get my exercise, but I had to satisfy my curiosity of where I am physically with that little test.
