Mongo -- Dude... you are one inspirational dude!! 142 pounds??? Sheesh... that's what I weighed as a sophomore in high school. I'm giddy about being down 77 pounds from my heaviest -- having lost 50+ of it in the last year-ish. You've got to feel good about where you are. Sticking on weight while losing inches... sounds like building muscle to me -- and is the surest road to protecting you from re-gaining your weight long term. Way to go!!

NC -- Don't despair!! I languished in half-motivated, stuck in the 240's, half-heartedly trying, trying not to lose all heart, for over 2 years. One day something motivated me enough to put forth a real concerted push -- -- consider yourself 'on deck', you're just warming up and saving your strength for the big push -- --
