It's great to see that people are still working towards their goals.  I met with my nutritionist yesterday.  I lost 8lbs last month, which is exactly what she projected based on the number of calories she has on my plan (2,000).  I had hoped (as always) to have lost more, but I'm happy with the steady losses I'm made since August.  That puts my total at around 73lbs.

I started walking a week ago.  I'm up to a mile in 22 minutes and intend to increase the distance and quicken my pace.  The walking also helps my back although my left hip aches while I'm walking.

People continue to compliment me on my weight loss and that feels good.  And I've had to punch a new hole in my belt as it wasn't tight enough and my pants were falling down.  And I've begun wearing clothes that I outgrew a few years ago.  All this adds to my determination to continue to lose weight and become healthier.
