Good job, Mongo!

I'm giving this yet another go.  I'm trying to do the treadmill at home almost everyday.  I've been having problems sleeping for the last 2 weeks but after exercising on the treadmill yesterday I slept really well.  Sometimes I get into the wrong approach of restricting my intake of foods.  What I need to do is not "eat less," but "eat better" and exercise.  The exercise will give me more energy and (I think) suppress my appetite and give me a more positive attitude that will help with the overall process of losing weight.
