I'm a little bummed today.  I weighed in - lost 2.5 lbs in TWO WEEKS - and I really busted by rear-end in the gym.  7.5 lbs for the month - not really very good - hopefully I'll dump some serious weight in the next month.  I've been really pushing a lot more weight in the Gym and working out longer - so maybe it's a lot of muscle gain - but I still have SO Much to go.  I'm down a total of 168.4 lbs since July 20, 2009.  

I'm not too discouraged - more resolute.  It's time to start running...
