I'll probably get flamed for this but:  I thought Maynard would've killed with an arrangement of "The Wind Beneath My Wings".  I wrote an arrangement of it for my old drummers wedding.  (Horn band with 4 horns)  It started with a low note statement of the melody, 2nd statement up an octave, etc. and built up to the fly, fly, fly away . . .  soaring ( - In my case sore-ing) trumpet only to return to a nice soft low ending.  I know it's hokey but it would've been a great tune for Maynard or Doc. to cover.  Or maybe, Waynard?
