I'd only say:  What?  Coffee and oatmeal for breakfast?!  Eat a meal, man!  Breakfast is what carries you through the morning!

We shouldn't load up with calories after 6 pm.  Nighttime is when our bodies slow way down, and whatever we had for dinner goes directly to "storage".  (Unless you're a roadie for a band.   ) 

Be cognizant of keeping the late-in-the-day calorie intake down.  Exercise is great, but it's not a substitute for managing your eating habits.
