Me... I've actually gained a few pounds... I started swimming more aggressively and lifting weights again (which I haven't done in over 10 years), so it is possible I've increased my calories too much, or (long shot) even possible I've put on some muscle mass already and haven't peeled the matching fat off yet. I weighed in at 203 this morning. 34 jeans are comfy, or 36 slacks (34 slacks don't have enough give...), bought a 48-athletic sport coat that fits nice.

Now that I'm in the 'maintain' ballpark, I'm relying more on the tape measure than the scale. I'm hoping to get down to 185-190 as I chase the measurements that I want - a few recent measurements -
Waist 35
Belly (biggest part) 37-1/2
Chest 47
Neck 17-1/2
Bicep -- 17
Thigh -- 23
Calf - 18
