I'm thrilled to announce that I hit another goal.  I weighed in and lost 14 lbs in 18 days (mostly on vacation, which was really weird).  I started to jog/run and I think that's helping.

I'm down a total of 212.8 lbs in 1 yr.  

I'm not done yet - but I think I should probably hit my goal weight by next year.  

This thread has been very inspirational - you guys are always encouraging.  Keep it up everyone...
